Just last month, in November, the couple was blessed with a baby boy. They shared the wonderful news with a heartwarming joint post on November 7, which read, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025. – Katrina & Vicky.” Vicky has recently spoken about this life-changing phase, describing fatherhood as the most grounding moment he has ever experienced. It’s clear that their little one has brought unimaginable happiness and fulfillment to the Kaushal household. Looking back, the couple’s journey started with a grand but highly private wedding in December 2021. Their intimate, royal-style ceremony was held at the breathtaking Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The marriage was a beautiful fairytale moment for the couple and for their fans as well. On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is now preparing for his next massive project, Love & War. The film is a highly anticipated venture that will also star Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt and is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Fans are eagerly waiting for this movie, which is scheduled for release next year. Also Read: Katrina Kaif reveals her father-in-law Sham Kaushal and husband Vicky Kaushal’s reaction to Tiger 3。 SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a new law Friday to make low-income Mexican residents living near the border eligible for in-state tuition rates at certain community colleges. The legislation applies to low-income Mexicans who live within 45 miles (72 kilometers) of the California-Mexico border and want to attend a participating community college in Southern California. It is a pilot program that will launch next year and run until 2029.Some people travel frequently between Mexico and California to work or visit family. The law will help make education more accessible for those residents and prepare them for jobs, Assemblymember David Alvarez, who authored the proposal, said at a Senate Education Committee hearing in June.“This pilot program can unlock a significant untapped resource to prepare a more diverse population among our workforce," Alvarez said in a statement.Mark Sanchez, president of Southwestern College in Chula Vista, a California city about 7 miles (11 kilometers) from the border, said many students at the school split their time between the two countries.“Without this pilot, we risk everything in terms of loss of talent,” he said at the hearing. The new law will require community college boards to submit a report to lawmakers by 2028 to show the attendance rate and demographics of students who received in-state tuition rates under the program.A similar law passed in 2015 allows some Nevada residents living near the California border to attend Lake Tahoe Community College at in-state tuition rates.___Sophie Austin is a corps member for the Associated Press/Report for America Statehouse News Initiative.
